How it works
1. Buy your membership online
Get your membership through the website. It's a single payment, and checkout takes a couple of minutes. You'll be sent joining instructions by email.
2. Collect in venue
Pick your site at checkout, then collect your welcome gift there. Your membership QR is sent digitally, so there's nothing else to collect.
3. Show your QR code every visit
That's it. Scan in at the till, play as long as you like, no separate booking needed.

FAQ
How long does my membership last?
A year from the day you buy it.
Is it a subscription?
No. One-off payment, no auto-renewal. When the year's up, that's it, unless you decide to buy another.
Can I use it at any of your sites?
Yes. Show your QR code at any Chance & Counters venue, it works everywhere.
Does my membership cover everyone at my table?
No. Your membership covers free gaming for you only, not the rest of your table. Anyone you bring along pays the standard gaming fee on the day, as normal.
How do I book as a member?
Once you're signed up you'll be given access to a special members' booking widget, so you can reserve your table in advance. Just remember that your membership covers your gaming only: any other guests you're bringing will need to pay on the day.
What's in the welcome gift?
Two collaboration beers (Luck & Logic) and a branded glass, plus entry into our 3D Catan raffle. Collecting from a Bristol site? Your gift is a branded glass in venue, with 2 digital drink tokens sent to your email instead of the beers.
Do I need ID to collect my welcome gift?
Yes. It includes alcohol, so it's a normal 18+ ID check, same as ordering a drink at the bar.
What's the 3D Catan raffle?
All members are automatically entered into a draw to win an official Catan 3D Edition. No need to do anything extra, you're in the draw. Once the 150th membership is sold, we'll run the draw, and the winner will be contacted by email and invited to collect their prize from their chosen venue.
Can someone else use my membership?
No. It's valid for the named member only, and it can't be shared, transferred, or used to cover anyone else at your table.
I've lost my QR code, what do I do?
Pop your email into the box further up this page and we'll send it straight back over.
Is gaming free at Social Gaming events with my membership?
Yes, gaming at our Social Gaming events is free with your membership.
Does my membership get me money off the Social Gaming meal deal?
No. The Social Gaming meal deal is already a discounted package (gaming, a burger meal, and a drink), so it can't be reduced further with a membership.
Does my membership cover ticketed events, like Blood on the Clocktower?
No. Membership covers unlimited casual gaming at our venues. Separately ticketed events, like Blood on the Clocktower or other hosted nights, have their own price and are booked separately.
Will you be doing more of these?
Maybe, but we can't promise a next round. This batch of 150 is what's available right now.
