C&C Membership: Terms & Conditions
1. What you're buying
A Chance & Counters membership costs £100, paid once, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. It's not a subscription, it doesn't renew automatically and you won't be charged again unless you buy another one.
Unlimited gaming means unlimited access at no additional charge. It doesn't guarantee a table at busy times, we may ask you to wait or come back later, the same as any other customer.
2. Where it's valid
Any Chance & Counters venue: Bristol (Christmas Steps), Bristol (Gloucester Road), Cardiff, Birmingham, and Leeds.
3. What's included
- A welcome gift, collected in person at the venue you choose: two collaboration beers (Luck & Logic) and a branded glass.
- Bristol venues: a branded glass in person, plus 2 digital drink tokens by email, instead of the beers.
- If you're among the first 100 members, automatic entry into a draw for an official Catan 3D Edition, at no extra cost. The draw runs once the 100th membership sells; the winner is contacted by email and collects from their chosen venue.
4. Age restrictions
The welcome gift includes alcohol. You must be 18+ and show ID to collect it. We can refuse the alcohol element without affecting the rest of your membership.
5. How it works
Your confirmation email contains a QR code, the only accepted proof of membership. Show and scan it at the till on every visit. A booking made online is not proof of membership on its own.
Lost your QR? Re-enter your email on the membership page and it'll be resent.
6. Personal to you
Valid for the named member only. Non-transferable, may not be shared or sold. If we find a membership being shared or misused, we can suspend or terminate it immediately, and any remaining value is forfeited without refund.
7. Cancellations and refunds
In line with our standard site-wide policy, you can cancel unused membership within 31 days of purchase for a full refund, for any reason.
8. Limited availability
150 memberships available this round. No obligation to offer further rounds, and buying now doesn't guarantee the same terms if we do.
9. Data protection
When you sign up, your name, email address, and purchase information are shared with Airship, our membership management platform, to deliver your QR code and manage your membership. Airship is owned by Zonal, who also process this data as a result. When your QR code is scanned, your name is displayed on our till system so staff can confirm it's you. See our privacy policy for more detail. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
